Cat Trap was submitted to the app store on Friday. As of now it’s waiting for approval and when it becomes available we will announce it.
We are already working on designing new game elements and levels for an update to make a great game even better, more information will be shared regarding this update in the coming weeks.
Over 4 months of work and 9,387 lines of code; Cat Trap is completely finished and ready to be submitted! Although a few weeks behind schedule everything is complete, and will be submitted to Apple tomorrow. Upon submission 99% of the Apps are processed within 14 days of submission, so the exact date it will be available is unknown but should be soon. We will let you know when it’s ready to be downloaded.

Beta testing is nearing completion, and as of now all the programing is finished. Only thing that is left is some minor changes and improvements, assuming no problems arise. I hope to get it submitted to apple sometime in the next week or so. More news will comes as it gets closer to submission time!
I am looking for around 15 people to test the beta version of Cat Trap. If you are interested please send an email to email@example.com. The first 15 emails will get the positions and any subsequent ones will fill in for any cancellations.
I would like the tester to play the game for a decent amount of time and upon finishing the testing I have a short survey to fill out asking you about your experiences.
In the email please include your real name and last initial. If accepted I will send you an email requesting your UUID and a few other questions.
If you have any questions feel free to ask!
Finally got around to making another developer video, since it’s been so long since the last one this video is longer then normal.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We are getting very close to wrapping up programing, we are a bit behind schedule but I can almost guarantee a January release. BETA testing will begin very soon as well; all that is left to be done is tweaking the levels, adding audio, and a few final touches.
It’s been a while since the last post but we got a whole lot done including finishing up the options menu, designed the 25 levels, graphical work, and more. Below are a few screen shots of our recent work, we hope you enjoy!
The first picture is what the options menu will look like for the most part, including some stat trackers we included to keep track of your total cheese collected, times you died, distance traveled, and games played. The next 4 pictures are some of the 25 different levels in classic mode we included ranging in difficulty from easy to really hard! The last picture shows the level complete screen, you unlock level achievements for three things; beating the level, beating the level in a certain amount of time, and beating the level without losing a life.
I hope to share a video very soon, I know it’s been promised but just haven’t had time lately. I will also be making a post in the near future looking for BETA testers, anyone is welcomed.
